LULLAA® products may be produced in limited batches. Availability may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you and may offer a replacement, refund, or cancellation.

All prices shown on this website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Prices include GST where applicable unless otherwise stated.

We may update prices, offers, shipping charges, or product availability at any time without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the affected order.

Payment must be made at checkout using the payment methods available on this website. Payment providers may include Squarespace Payments, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, or other supported payment services.

We do not store your full payment card details on our website. Payment processing is handled securely by third-party payment providers.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within New Zealand only. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather events, operational disruptions, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs, delivery areas, and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

8. Risk & Delivery

Risk in the products passes to you once the products have been delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout. If you give delivery instructions allowing items to be left unattended, you accept responsibility for the products once delivered.

9. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Products

Because our products are food products, opened products cannot generally be returned unless required by law.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
