Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing LULLAA®. This Shipping Policy explains where we currently deliver, how shipping is charged, and what to expect after placing an order through www.lullaa.nz.

North Island

$7.95

Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

South Island

$10.95

Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

New Zealand Delivery Only

LULLAA® currently ships within New Zealand only. International shipping may be introduced in the future.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship LULLAA® products within New Zealand only.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. The final shipping cost will always be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

3. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or New Zealand public holidays will usually be processed on the next business day.

During product launches, promotional periods, public holidays, or periods of high demand, order processing may take slightly longer.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • North Island: 1–3 business days
  • South Island: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at checkout.

LULLAA® is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned parcels, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery information.

6. Rural Delivery

Rural delivery addresses may take longer than standard delivery estimates.

Where additional rural delivery charges apply through our courier provider, these may be reflected at checkout or may require separate confirmation before dispatch.

7. Authority to Leave

If you provide delivery instructions allowing your order to be left unattended, responsibility for the order transfers to you once delivery has been completed by the courier.

Please ensure the delivery location is safe, shaded where possible, and suitable for receiving food products.

8. Delivery Delays

We work with courier partners to deliver orders as quickly and safely as possible. However, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including weather events, public holidays, rural delivery schedules, high courier volumes, road closures, transport disruption, or operational delays with courier providers.

LULLAA® is not liable for courier delays once an order has been dispatched.

9. Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, photos of the damaged product, and photos of the outer packaging.

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution where appropriate.

10. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong product or an incorrect order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with you to arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

11. Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier provider.

We may need to allow reasonable time for the courier provider to complete an investigation before issuing a replacement or refund.

12. Food Product Delivery

LULLAA® products should be handled and stored according to the instructions on the product packaging.

Once delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to store the products correctly and follow all label instructions.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page and will take effect from the date they are posted.
